• For attendees who plan on driving, the Orange County Convention Center operates on-site vehicle parking. Please ensure you follow signs for South Concourse parking (same building as North Concourse) and NOT West Concourse as they are separate buildings.
• Additional parking is also offered at the Destination Parkway Garage.
• Parking rates vary upon vehicle size and entry time. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• For those who plan on driving to the convention center, event-specific parking areas will be listed on roadway signage on International Drive, Universal Boulevard and the surrounding area.
• Overnight parking is not allowed at the Orange County Convention Center.
• The host hotel, Hilton Orlando, is connected to the South Concourse by skybridge, and parking fees at the hotel are by day. Avoid excessive or re-entry fees by booking accommodations at the host hotel.
• Food and beverage will be available for sale at the convention center.

VALENCIA COLLEGE FIRE RESCUE INSTITUTE

Valencia College’s School of Public Safety Fire Rescue Training Facility offers a wide variety of training and learning opportunities for the community’s public and private sector fire service professionals. Programs focus on the most recent updates, topics and equipment and are taught by experienced professionals from the field. In addition, Valencia College can customize programs to meet the specific needs of any agency.

In collaboration with central Florida fire agencies, Valencia College has established a premier Fire Rescue Institute to provide career pathways to meet the needs of the fire service community in central Florida, nationally and globally. The institute prepares all levels of fire service professionals, including the firefighter, fire officer, fire inspector, fire investigator and fire instructor. Also, the Fire Science Technology Associate in Science degree program provides opportunities for students to continue on to a bachelor’s degree.

Terms and Conditions:

• A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation.
• 20% off self-parking fees per day off the prevailing 2025 rates
• Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy. An additional charge of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) will apply for each additional adult. Children under age eighteen (18) stay free in the same room with parents. Maximum occupancy is 4 (four) persons per room, regardless of age.
• Run of House rooms will be assigned based on hotel availability at check-in.
• Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Early check-in is based upon availability at time of arrival and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
• Discounted resort fee from forty dollars ($40.00) to ten dollars ($10.00) per room, per night, plus tax to include the following:  
  • Basic in-room Wi-Fi on unlimited devices
  • 15% discount at hotel restaurants and lounge (excludes Tropic’s Pool Bar & Grill and banquet events)
  • 24-hour access to the fitness center

• Cancellation: Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least three (3) working days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
